Law Centres provide free legal representation, irrespective of a claimants financial position and can therefore represent clients at tribunals where legal aid is not available. Law Centres can advise disabled people how to enforce their rights under the DDA, but will also advise on general matters such as employment, housing, welfare benefits, racial/sexual harassment, immigration, education and environmental rights. The London Sports Forum for Disabled people is a registered charity promoting the sporting interest of the one million disabled young people and adults in the Greater London area. The LSF aims to ensure that all disabled people, including people with learning disability, physical impairment, visual impairment and deaf people, have more opportunities to get involved in a sport at a level of their choice.
