AskSARA is an easy-to-use, award-winning online self-help guide that is particularly useful if you are not sure what items might help you. There are three easy steps:
- You choose from a list of topics relating to difficulties you might have with different daily living activities or conditions
- You answer questions about yourself and your environment
- You read, print or email the report you receive based on your answers which contains useful advice written by our team of occupational therapists and ideas of items of equipment that might help you and their suppliers
