Legal & Professional Issues in Moving & Handling People

A chaired forum featuring the 4 Lead Workshop facilitators from the Practical Problem Solving Workshops. Each of the 4 facilitators and a bariatric moving & handling specialist will be asked to consider 1 key area of moving and handling practice - Consent, Mental Capacity, Client Assessment or CPD for manual handling practitioners and its effect on working practices in the workshop areas they have facilitated at the conference as the basis for an open discussion with delegates. Delegates are encouraged to actively contribute to this session.
