DLF Training is CPD-accredited by the CPD Certification Service.

"Housing Adaptations: Part One" and "Housing Adaptations: Part Two" are standalone courses that together provide a comprehensive overview of the adaptation process.

Part Two reviews essential issues such as legislation and funding routes; design principles and assessment criteria for bathrooms and kitchens; and an introduction to the concept and use of modular extensions.

These interactive and practical courses are suitable for professionals working in or interested in housing adaptations for older and disabled people. Participants should have a basic understanding of how to read and draw to scale. If not, it is recommended to complete the Designing Accessible Housing course first.
