Booking Conditions

A confirmation email will be sent from our office within 5 working days from receipt of your booking. Please note that a VAT invoice will be sent to you within 7-10 working days after receipt of your payment. Payment must be received within our standard payment terms, which will be outlined on the invoice. If payment is not received by the time of the conference, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment with a personal credit card on the day.

Cancellations/Substitutions

Cancellations made until 31st December 2010 will be charged at 10% of the invoice total. Cancellations made between 1st January 2011 and 15th January 2011 will be charged at 50% of the invoice total. Cancellations made from 16th January 2011 will be charged the full invoice total. However, you can send a substitute delegate at any time. Bookings received less than two weeks before the conference date can only be paid by credit card. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing.
