By registering for Moving & Handling People 2014, you agree to allow DLF and companies associated with this event to contact you (by mail, email, telephone, SMS or fax) regarding their services.
A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email.
Cancellations received by 2 November 2013 will be charged at 10% of the invoice total. Cancellations received between 2 November and 31 December 2013 will be charged at 50% of the invoice total. Cancellations received from 1 January 2014 will be charged the full invoice total. However, substitute delegates can be advised at any time. Bookings received less than two weeks before the conference date can only be paid by credit card. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org

We always provide vegetarian options at our conference but please inform us if you need us to cater for any other dietary requirements by completing the relevant section of this form.
Conference fees cover entrance to all sessions, conference documentation and available papers, coffee/refreshment breaks and lunch.
