DLF Training offers a 'value for money' programme of courses aimed at professional healthcare providers and carers, as well as informal carers and others who wish to learn more about interactions with disabled and older people.

As well as our programme of courses, the DLF also runs bespoke training and hires our facilities out for training and meetings. Contact the Training department for more details.

Courses are carried out by expert trainers with a wealth of experience in the field of disability, disabled equipment, moving and handling, housing adaptations, bariatrics and telecare.

Delegates and trainers use the equipment found in our Training Centre and Equipment Demonstration Centre for hands-on, practical training. Courses take place at the DLF's premises in London and normally start at 9.30 a.m. and finish by 5.00 p.m.

Logo for Certification by the CPD Certification ServiceDLF Training is now CPD-accredited by the CPD Certification Service.

We also organise Moving & Handling People, an annual CPD-accredited event.
